Does Swag Kicks have a physical stores?

Sorry, we are online based & currently Swag Kicks doesn’t have any physical stores.

What are the payment method for Lama?

We offer cash on delivery (COD), Bank Transfer & JazzCash. Bank transfer & JazzCash will be available while checkout.

Are your products Hygienic?

Yes, we have a thorough cleaning process to ensure that all our products are clean and ready to wear when you receive them.

Cleaning Process

  1. To ensure a more extensive cleaning, the laces and insoles are removed from the shoe.
  2. The shoes are then carefully washed using antibacterial liquids to ensure that they are spotless and bacteria-free.
  3. Each shoelace is thoroughly rinsed with our anti-bacterial solutions. We wash the insoles of the shoe to ensure that they look and feel fresh.
  4. To get rid of any moisture, our shoes are air-dried in a dry, well-ventilated controlled environment.
  5. The shoes are then meticulously inspected to ensure that each article has been cleaned.
How do you give rating to the products
  1. 10/10 – Product has been worn but barely signs of wear & use
  2. 9/10 – Product has very little signs of wear & use
  3. 8/10 – Product has visible signs of wear & use
  4. 7/10 – Product has significant signs of wear & use
How do I place my order?

Place your order with Swag Kicks in 3 easy steps

  1. Add items to cart and simply checkout
  2. Submit order with correct delivery & contact details
  3. Wait for a confirmation call from Swag Kicks customer support representative
How can I be sure that I’ve made my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email & SMS. Email is optional if you put your email only then you will receive confirmation email. For further confirmation contact our customer service.

How do I track my order?

After confirmed orders are dispatched, a unique tracking number is provided to the customer via email & SMS. You can track your order by using the tracking number on the third-party delivery service’s website.

When will I receive my order?

We offer same day delivery in Karachi only if orders are confirmed by 12 P.M. For confirmed orders across Pakistan, delivery usually takes place in 4-5 working days.

What delivery service do you use?

We use third-party delivery services like PostEX, Leopards, and Rider facilitate deliveries to our customers nationwide.

The size I ordered/ purchased didn’t fit me. I don’t like my purchase. Can I exchange it?
  1. If you don’t like your shoes, you can return them to us within 7 days of delivery. We have a smooth process of returns since we believe in highest customer satisfaction.
  2. You will have to dispatch the order on our address mentioned on website within 7 days of deliver.
  3. Once we receive your order, you will get a call from Swag Kicks as confirmation and then you can choose another article that we will send as exchange order.
  4. Articles for exchange must be unworn, completely unaltered and tagged.
